Harvest Kitchen began as part of an existing operation and has grown into a program that blends food production with purpose-driven work.
It was established following the transition of Viridian locations to Chief’s Ice House in 2025. During this shift, Think Ability stepped in to continue and expand the bakery operations that were already serving the community.
By maintaining the existing kitchen and team structure, the program was able to build on what was already working while introducing a deeper connection to mission-driven impact.
